1. Order Processing and Delivery Schedule

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Estimated timelines are as follows:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 3-9 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total estimated delivery time: 4-12 business days. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes, carrier delays, or weather disruptions.


2. Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive:

Order Confirmation Email – Includes your order details and order number.
Shipping Confirmation Email – Sent once your order is dispatched, with a tracking number and a tracking link.
Delivery Notification – A final email once your order has been successfully delivered.

3. Shipping Carrier and Locations

We ship within the United Kingdom using trusted carriers DHL and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Shipping Partners: FedEx & DHL
  • Business Days for Shipping: Monday to Friday
  • Shipping Cost: FREE – We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

4. Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  1. Verify the Shipping Address – Double-check that your address is correct.
  2. Check Your Premises – Look in safe delivery spots around your home.
  3. Ask Neighbors or Household Members – Someone else may have received it.
  4. Contact the Courier – Use your tracking number to inquire with the shipping carrier.

If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a full refund, based on your preference.


5. Damaged or Defective Goods

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@eronavi.shop with photos of the damage. If verified, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

Defective Goods: If you receive a defective product, notify us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the product or issue a refund.


6. Cancellations and Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed for shipment.

  • To cancel or modify an order, contact our support team at info@eronavi.shop with your order number.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure after receiving the product.

7. Shipping Delays

We do our best to deliver on time, but occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • High order volumes
  • Carrier-related issues (strikes, delays)

If your package hasn’t arrived within 12 business days (3 handling + 9 transit), wait an additional 3 days. If your package is still undelivered after this period, contact us immediately for assistance.
